Wierd shrimp like things in my marine aquarium?

Hey all, I recentley installed a tunze 9005 skimmer in my aquarium and after I looked at the filter there was a bug/shrimp like thing on the filter..
do you guys know wut this is?? (I never added any inverts in my aquarium, possibly from the live rock?)

could be copepods, which come in on live rock and macro algaes.
They are benefical and food for many saltwater fishes.
can you get a picture of it? Does it look like a spongy white thing?
If you added live rock thats where their from i have gotten small crabs along with shrimp from my live rock. Its like a box a chocolate you never know what u gonna get. You might even get a few more as time goes on no worries.
