White Foam Appearing On Surface Of Fish Tank?
by Aquaboy on Saturday, July 17th, 2010 | 3 Comments
I have recently set up a tropical fish tank. I have 8 fish in the tank. I recently had to do a water change of 50% as the water was gettting very murky. Since then i have had a white foam appear on the surface. I have used the internet to look this up but it isnt much help. Please could someone give me a general idea on what to do or what this could be?

it is milk drink it its healthy
White foamy bubbles indicate that your tank still has a load of waste in it and you may need to do more water changes to clear the foam up.
it could be sediment from the gravel did you rinse it very well? or soap did you use soap to clean anything in your tank?
