What kind of sea floor base should I have for a 30 gallon Octagonal aquarium? if its going to have some fish but a sand sifting sea star and a Goby (Both bury). Also what Gobys have the best personality? I like the yellow watchman Goby for its color.
Dos the firefish goby bury? Is there a big difference between the jawfish and the goby?

I like the Firefish gobies. Mine has a lot of personality, and is very active. They can have a standard sea sand floor. Don’t use play sand though!! Good Luck!!
here is a Firefish goby:
watchman or sleepers gobys usually like 2 to 3 pounds per gallon. some people like to put pvc so it makes it easyer to burrow. in nature watchman usually partner up with pystle shrimp. i would olny put 1 or 2 gobys in an aquarium because watchman can get agressive. one hole per goby.
