i do NOT recommend you getting puffers. they are very difficult to keep up with. and if u do not feed them regularly they will start eating on each other. but if u insist on getting them all u need is a regular fish tank with an oxygen supply then a tablespoon of aquarium salt
well you need a pretty spacious tank with a very complex set up with lots of plant to keep the satisfied.everything else you need is just normal aquarium stuff like air stone, heater, and filter.
You need at least a 30 gallon aquarium, over filtered and fully cycled and set up to be brackish not freshwater.

Puffers are EXTREMELY sensitive to water chemistry, so you need to be prepared to regularly test the water to ensure nothing is off. I would suggest signing up to this site and chatting to the Puffer pros:

You will need air stones, a large heater, a filter, and many tools for measuring salinity and gravity levels. They love Java ferns and enjoy company of other puffers. You should buy a log hiding place and nice brown sand for the substrate (bottom). Good Luck!
