Which type of setup? For fresh water, you can add algae eater, fresh water crayfish, loaches, basically bottom dweller. For saltwater you can add a cleanup crews, such as gobys, shrimp, again bottom dweller.

***Update*** Flower horns and Oscar are pretty aggresssive and very territorial. They’d most likely end up killing the kois/goldfish and in some cases, their own kind. If you want Oscar, invest in a really good filtration system or use multiple filter, cause they are really messy. If you do decide to put any kind of janitor-type livestock in with oscars and flower horns or any other aggresive fish, find some that’s about the same size as the aggresive fishes. Algae eater will work fine. There’s not much you can put with aggresive fishes. If you decide to do goldfish and kois, you can use crayfish, algae eater, crabs, sturgeon, etc… You will however need to keep the water temperature slighty cooler then average for goldfish and kois. As far how many fish can you keep in a 75 gallon tank, there’s really no exact answer. The rule of thumb is 1.5 inch per gallon. Hope this helps.
