Do You Think This Is A Good Surprise Trip Idea For My Boyfriend? How Should I Organize It?

thank you so much in advance if you take the time to read this and respond its so appreciated!
So my boyfriend is a marine and will be on leave for ten days coming up next month. I was wondering if you think the things I want to do are a good idea and what you think would be the smartest way to do it? Thanks in advance!
Im taking him to Monteray bay for two days and one night. I picked a gorgeous bed and breakfast with a romantic room.
The things I want to do are:
Have dinner at a restaurant the day we get there and spend the first night at the hotel.
The next day I want to check out (which is at 11) go to the Aquarium and then after spending 3-4 hours there go to Watsonville and go to a shooting range for a while and then take a 35 minute helicopter ride (preferably at sunset) in the same city. It takes 40 minutes to get from Monteray to Watsonville.
Do you think thats too much planned in one day? I didnt want to do much on the first day since our drive is four hours to the hotel and check in is at 3. That doesnt leave much time for dinner and time at the bed and breakfast. What do you think? Possible? And is it a good idea? Thanks!!

What Is This In My Fishtank?

Yesterday I noticed some weird, little white circular stuff in my 20 gallon fish tank. It’s slimy and it sticks to all 4 corners of the fishtank. I’ve attached a picture below, any ideas on what it is and how I can get rid of it? Thanks in advance.
Not sure if it matters but the only fish in the aquarium is a catfish.

I Know This Is Strange But I Need Proposal Ideas!! Help!!?

Yuhhp. It’s a little strange but yes I am a female and planning on proposing to my boyfriend. Normally it’s the other way around. He’s proposed to me but I’d also like to propose to him, whether it’s traditional or not.
I really like the idea of going to an aquarium and having the scuba divers hold up a banner saying, Will you marry me Michael? We always go on random trips, and we happened to visit the aquarium on one of those trips. And we both really liked it(:
But I’d like more ideas as much as I like that one. I’d prefer to have one music related possibly. He loves music, he’s been in several bands and loves to play electric guitar. I swear he has so much equipment, speaker cabs, amps and guitars, too. So I think a guitar or music related proposal would be perfect.
Regardless, any ideas will be helpful!!

He said that I took his heart and put the pieces in a volcano, In a forest, in anatartica and at the bottom of the ocean. So I want to take him to Dallas and first take him to a really spicy food resturaunt(volcano) then to an aquarium(the ocean) an ice skating rink(antartica), and then rain forest caffe(the forest) and at each place give him a piece of a key. And at the end of the night where going to go to see a Christmas movie in downtown Dallas, and when where walking to the movie through downtown Dallas I’m gunna give him a box that he can open with the key and it’s going to have a watch with a heart engraved on the bottom. Is that a good idea??

Am I Sick Or Is This An Allergic Reaction?

I’m a chef, and on friday evening I served 103 prawn and salmon platters to a party of 115 (others not being able to eat fish). Usually i wear gloves doing this as my hands become itchy to the touch of prawns, I have also never eaten a prawn in my life including any other fish, we had ran out of gloves on friday so i had to dish up the starters without and immediately after my hands looked red/purple and itched like mad! I washed my hands and it was fine until i woke up on saturday morning with rashes on the insides of my elbow and across my collar bone, it looked like eczema, and i haven’t felt good since saturday? in fact the rashes have nearly gone because of some cream i put on but i am beginning to feel very ill what do i do? and am i right to think this is all linked?

Question by laurita: Hermit crabs “use the bathroom” in their water bowl/sponge. Is this normal?
Every night they push the sponge out of the water container and then use the bathroom in the container. I realize that they need the moisture to do their business but is this normal for them to do it in their drinking water? I wonder if they actually use the sponge. I just want to know if there’s something I can do, for example, would having two separate water containers help or do they not care?

you should get a bigger water bowl or take out the sponge, despite what the companies tell you, hermit crabs do not have sponges sitting round in their natural habitat, they do NOT drink water from a sponge, they cannot suck the water out of it, a sponge only helps with humidity, the crabs are pushing the sponge out of the way to get to the puddle of water. As for using the bathroom, hermit crabs go potty anywhere they are sitting at the time, they do not control themselves, and if your crabs are sitting in the water dish all the time, it may be too dry in your tank.
ADD– http://www.allexperts.com/ep/3469-103050/Hermit-Crabs/Kristy-Watkins.htm This is my tank, I am a new volunteer expert for hermit crabs on all experts, the black dish is salt water and white one with the sponge is fresh water, you can see how BIG the bowls are, my crabs are able to go completely under water in bothe dishes, even with the sponge in the freshwater dish, you can see sediment in the freshwater dish from where they walk to the dish and crawl in, taking substrate with them, I change the water every day.

Would this be a good Aquarium Set up?

Question by Nick: Would this be a good Aquarium Set up?
I have a 55 gallon, with sand and decor. I currently have 7 Tiger barbs, 2 gouramis, 3 Albino Corydoras, and 5 Gold barbs.
If I return the 3 Cory’s and give away a Gourami.
Would I be albe to get 5 Cherry barbs?
So I would have 1blue gourami, 7 Tiger barbs, 5 Gold barbs, and 5 Cherry barbs.
Im going for a All barb Freshwater Tank, since Barbs are very Hardy, never had one die on me, not even in extreme conditions! (That does not mean Im going to stop daily maintanance of my fish tank)And because the Tigers just pick on everything else I get, except other barbs, they seem to get along fine with the Gold barbs, its like they know theyre from the same familiy, just different barb species.
Anyways, what you guys think? Or if I get rid of both gouramis and the COrys.
What other barb combination can I make?? Thanks!!

You should be able to add them without get rid any of your fish. Your tank is like 89% stocked so it should be fine. But monitor the new fish and observe them well and see what is happening.

How On Earth Do I Ask This Guy To Ship An Item?

I would like to buy a piece of furniture on Craigslist.
I have no one to pick it up for me.
I have no friends or family members to go in-person.
I’d like to mail the seller the money and have UPS ground mail it to me (its only a few miles away, maybe an hour).
Is that even a good idea?
How would that work?
How do I word this?
Its a 40 gallon aquarium with a stand.
It would be at most 60 pounds together.
