Redtail Black Shark, Rainbow Shark, Or Convict Cichlid.?

I have a 30 gallon aquarium that has many hiding places on the bottom and ample swimming room on the middle – top. It has seven tiger barbs in it and I want to add another semi-aggressive fish. I have narrowed it down to three options, the Redtail Black Shark, the Rainbow Shark, and a single Convict Cichlid. I am not looking for a debate on whether or not the sharks need a 55+ gallon tank, I just would like to know what would be the best choice out of the three of them.
Which would be the most fun to watch?
Best compatible with Tiger Barbs?
Best colors?
Have you ever kept any of these fish? What was your experience? Thanks!
No hateful or tank size comments please!
Also, I have a 30 gallon Aqueon filter, a 30 gallon AquaClear filter, and a 150W heater. Fake plants and multiple hiding places.

A video of my red-tail shark and red-zebra (metriaclima estherae) fishes enjoying cucumbers. They seem to love snacking on cucumbers. The red-zebra is one greedy rascal, always chasing off the others so it can lay claim to the food. Anyways, they’re fun to watch. Also seen in this video are my yellow severum, my rather shy blood red parrot fishes, and an albino cory :)

Red-tail shark bothering barbs, should I remove it?

I have a 29gal. with lots of driftwood and plants, with a redtail shark, 2 green barbs, some tetras, some guppies and a pleco. Since I got the red tail shark it has chased around the green barbs. Should I remove him from the tank? Neither barb has any visible damage, so I don’t think the shark is hurting them, but still, it is very aggressive….

Can an albino redtail shark be in with these fish?

I have a 180 gallon fish tank and I wanted to put in a 5” albino redtail shark with these fish:
Clown knife 11”, needlenose gar 9”, lima shovelnose catfish 6”, iridescent shark 4”, pictus catfish 4.5”, 2 bala sharks 7”, tinfoil barb 4”, blue gourami 5”, gold gourami 3”. The tank is well planted.

can my red-tail black shark go peacefully with my 5 neon tetra and 5 neon cardinal?

When I bought my shark his color was really faded. It has gotten a little better since I brought him home, but still not up to speed. Is there anything special I can do to help him out?
