Ok, so im 5’7”, 190 lbs , 20 year old male and im planning on losing 20 lbs.
I eat the same thing every day with one cheat meal once a week and i exercise 5-6 times a week (running & lifting weights)
Breakfast:
2 servings of cereal with skimmed milk
Snack:
1 apple
Lunch:
half a can of tuna fish & some salad.
Dinner:
fat free yoghurt or an apple.
i dont feel hungry most of the day as i drink lots of water throughout the day.
so do you think i should stick to that diet or do i have to change something about it ?
will i lose weight if i eat the same thing everyday (i dont fell sick of tired of doing that) ?
and how long will it take to lose those 20 lbs ?
