How can I take the plug off a wire?

I need to get the wire of my aquarium heater through the hood but only have small holes and can’t have a big hole anyway. The only way I’m going to be able to do this I think is to take off the plug on the end then reattach it once the wires are through the hole. But I can’t even see any screws on the plug itself. How on earth am I supposed to get it off? Any other bright ideas?

i would like to start a marine tank but dont want to spend 500 pounds on a plug and play tank…?
