I have a 29 gallon aquarium and I want to make it into a planted aquarium. I saw that the appropriate lighting is 2 watts per gallon of water. I can only afford the single tube florescent lighting and the highest watt bulb I could find was 24 watts.
The height of the tank is 18 inches.
Will 24 watts of T5 lighting and 6700 Kelvin be enough to grow WATER WISTERIA, AMAZON SWORD, ANABIAS NANA, CABOMBA, DWARF GRASS, HORNWORT, AND WATER SPRITE in a 29 gallon aquarium.
Will single tube lighting be enough for this aquarium?
