I have a marine aquarium and my yellow acro goby recently died, i was told by the marine specialist that this specific goby is poisonous and i was wondering, if after it died it released its posion into the water?
Next, my 2 turbo snails are no longer moving, they havent moved for quite a few days now, are they dead? if so, is their death related to the goby?

I have a beta fighting fish, he is about 4 years old (thats really old for a fish) a couple months ago his eyes turned blue. I put him on medication and it didn’t really do anything. I think he blind. Because he’s blind I never see him finding his food (thats really bad) I wouldn’t be surprised if he hasn’t eaten for a week! yesterday he was kind of floating in weird positions (like on his back fins with his head facing straight up) it seems that when he tries to swim to the top of the tank, he just floats back down. he moves in spurts and then just stops. How much longer do you think he will live? does this have anything to do with starvation? is there any type of liquid food I can buy for him?

How long till monitoring is no longer needed?

I have had my Tiger Oscar alone for the last 6 months or so. Today I added another oscar, a red one, of the same size to the tank. I’ve been watching them for 30 minutes and so far no fighting or anything. They both are swimming side by side and hanging out on the same side of the tank.
How long until I no longer need to monitor them to make sure their will be no violent aggression (aside from territory battles)
Yes I know how big these fish get and yes I have a tank big enough and filtered enough to support them. I have don my research people I just need a simple answer to my question.

i set up my new fish tank about 1 week ago and i put in a rock from another tank as source of bacteria and ive been adding pure ammonia (the correct amount according to the majority of websites) everything is up and running and i just got a nirite spike so how much longer till its done??
how many more weeks / days??

How much Longer can i keep my golfish in this tank?

OK i know goldfish are suppose to have at least 20 Gal. for the first fish and 10 Gal. extra for each other goldfish.

But right now I have a goldfish in a 5 Gal. tank and he is about 4-5 months old. And i do 35% water changes twice a week and have a Tetra Whisper 20i that is meant for 20 Gal tank filtering my 5 Gal tank. I know that is over kill but I dont want him to die while i save up for a 30 Gal. tank.
And I test the water levels at least once a week and there all normal.
How much longer do you think he can survive in those conditions while I am saving up and if you know here I can get a cheap fish tank that would also be helpful thanks.
