My Goldfish Has A Red Lump On It’s Head Inbetween And Above His Eyes? Please Help!?

The fish is a normal goldfish (not fantail/oranda or anything) and around 15cm long.
It is quite a big tank with 2 other adult fish, 1 medium and 4 babies. (Baby fish all bought from shops and not concieved within tank)
I change the water about every 2 or 1.5 months… and generally the water is clean and clear.
I compare it to the other adult fish (I bought them both at the same time) and the other one seems healthy and has not got a red bump on its head.
I don’t think that the fish is stressed out or anything, and it does not bully/ get bullied by other fish.
I feed them twice a day and watch to make sure each fish eats and that one fish doesn’t take all the food.
I dont think it is a bruise, or a vessel popping in it’s head.
I have tried to do some research and have been unsuccessful, just to make it clear it is NOT a fancy goldfish, just a normal goldfish living in a coldwater tank.
I think it may be common since I have seen something similiar on my other fish, (however my other fish was a fantail and I later found out the disease) I hope something can be done and it is curable!
But I do not know what it is and if it is dangerous or infectious/contagious.
Sorry for the long paragraph, I want to know if there is a cure and what should be done and what it is?
I will try and take a picture and upload it however he/she swims around a lot so it is hard.
Any information welcome! I got it for my 9th birthday (so is very special!) so he is about 5 years old…
Anything will be really useful right now, much appreciated! The fish is very precious :) xx
Thanks xox

Should I Get A Power Head For My Aquarium?

Here is my scenario,
I have a 60gallon tank (Dimensions: 48-1/4″L x 12-3/4″W x 57-3/4″H), with a Aqueon filter on one side and a heater on the other. I have a freshwater semi aggressive community of fish. I was wondering, should I get a power head for better water movement? because the side of the tank without the filter, the water seems to be not moving a lot. The filter is 325 gallons per hour, but i am just concerned that the other side isn’t getting enough movement. Is the filter good enough for circulation, or is a powerhead highly recommended for a tank of the size?
Also which one would you recommend (that is quiet)?
Thank-you

Power head under-gravel filter problems. I’m a newbie.?

I bought a power head for my fish tank because it was recommended and fish need better water circulation and I was starting to put it together and it said not to use unless you have and under-gravel filter set up.. So I was wondering how to set one up cheaply and the best way to do so. Any help would be appreciated. Need to keep my water clean too so it was recommended to have an UGF along with the regular filter that hangs on the back.

Why does my aquarium fish have a hole in his head?

I have an african cichilid. He literally has a hole in his head right inbetween his eyes and he won’t eat anything. The hole showed up yesterday and it was pretty big. Today it seems to be closing up but now there are about 3 or 4 small pinholes in that same area. What’s the deal? Why does my fish have a hole in his head, literally?
where do i find medication for the fish??

What makes my clownfish swim with its head down and its tail up in the air horizontally?

Its been in my tank for about 2 weeks now and what could it be.

I am adding this so I can use it on a forum.. there is something wrong with my fish.
