Betta Fish Not Happy?

I bought a 1.5 gallon tank for my blue male betta fish from a 1.8 liters tank. Therefore, he is in a bigger home now. In my 1.8 liters tank I always used Nestle Pure life water bottles. He was happy for a few days, I even saw he was making bubbles on the top but he left making them after a few days so then I thought to buy him a bigger tank. Now, he is in 1.5 gallon tank with tap water in it which is full of chlorine but I also put 12 drops of Splendid Betta Complete Water Conditioner. He still looks so unhappy. He is on the top of the aquarium and just sitting at a corner. My friend said, change the water to Nestle Pure life again. Anyways, I put 7 Nestle Pure life bottles in it AND ALSO INCLUDED two drops of Splendid Betta Water Conditioner. But I still feel like the fish is not happy.
Please suggest which water should I use?
Is there any special type of water for fish that I can buy?
And I don’t think if adjusting to his new environment is a problem because in each way I left him for about a week or so. And yes, I do water changes every 5 days and feed him every day with BettaMin Tropical Medley. Also, I do not feed him once a week.
And also, once I was cleaning his aquarium, I found a rounded shape kind of look like snail with full of blood, but i never feed him any blood worms. So what was that? was it his poo?
His house includes, fake plants, cave, stones, and a light bulb.

How do you make a hermit crab happy?

I currently have a very small hermit crab that i purchased on my excursion to the jersey shore this past summer. Sadly I only have one right now cause the other one died. Besides getting another hermit crab to keep the other one happy what else can I do? I mean he mainly just stays under his coconut hut the entire day. I just want him to be more active and walk around a bit more.

I’m getting a small Chocolate Chip Starfish, I know what food and tank to get it. I need to know what else it needs and what temperature the tank needs to stay at
