How Do I Get The Extra Food At The Bottom Of My Fish Tank?

its a 55 gallon tank and i have all kind of extra food at the bottom. does anybody know why none of my fish will eat it? and i bought some kind of thing that i attach one end to a bucket and the other end in the water and its supposed to clean my tank but i dont know how to use it. so can somebody please tell me how i can get the food at the bottom of my tank out it is making my tank look bad.. best answer gets 10 points… thanks for any help

How could I get extra iron without taking iron tablets – I am anaemic, also vegetarian?

I am a bit worried about taking the tablets because I heard they cause stomach upset etc, and I am already on quite a bit of medication.

What veggie foods contain iron? I do sometimes eat fish.
