My Kids Are Picky Eaters. How Can I Fix That?

Hi my name is Lisa and I have been having issues getting my kids to eat what I serve them. I really enjoy fish sticks so I just keep buying them and when I first started buying them, my kids loved them but after a while, they got sick of them and started requested I buy something else. The thing is, I really love the fish sticks so I just wish the kids could learn to eat them all the time because I never get sick of them. Yesterday, they yelled at me and demanded I buy something else. My husband works late so he’s never home to eat dinner with us, agrees with them. Last night I got so mad I yelled no no no and I spit on all of them. Now they wont talk to me. What should i do? i’m upset.
Thanks,
Lisa

Chinese Algae Eaters in action

Chinese Algae Eater, Gyrinocheilus aymonieri. Four of them Ranging from two to three inch in this 100 gallon tank. Although I have never seen these guys at a large size its said these guys grow to eight to 10 inches. They are very active and enjoyable to watch. They will some times try to latch on to other fish in the tank as if they trying to clean them until shaken off.

Reef tank free floating algae eaters?

I have a 12 gallon nano reef tank. With the sun dropping in thsky, it is now shining through a window onto the side of my tank for about two hours a day.

As a result, there is algae floating on the surface of the tank – it completely covers the top.

The tank contains polyps, soft corals, an anemonae, two clows and a crocea clam – so shutting the lights and blockiing the sun for a few days is not an option (or atleast not a good one), and I would like ot avoid moving the tank if possible.

Are there any small fish, or reef inverts, that will filter this algae off the top?

Thanks!!

Siamese algae eaters with a Rosy Barb?

Will a siamese algae eater do well with a rosy barb? cause i looked on a website and it said that rosy barbs dont do too well with slow moving and long finned fish. Help me please!

iridescent shark, green spotted puffers, algae eaters and synodist cats!!!?

the sharks and synodist cats have been perfectly fine in the tank together for the last month.

i just added the algae eater and the puffers yesterday, but i was reading up on the puffers and it said that they were part saltwater.

if i add some saltwater to the tank, will my other fish be okay?

and another question, my sharks lost their color today, but i heard it’s because they are growing, is that true??

is there anything else i should know??

THANK YOU!

what are some good inexpensive algae eaters or plecos for my 10 gallon tank?

Are there any good snail eaters for a freshwater tank that are compatible with Mollies?

I have a 30 gallon with 2 mollies and 6 x-ray bellies. I bought live plants that infested the tank with what appears to be bladder snails. I took out all of the live plants, cleaned off the decorations, vaccumed and hand picked out the snails… and the more I do that, the more new ones are born.

I’ve tried using lettuce but I usually get rid of 3 to 5 snails that way. (They don’t seem to be attracted.)

I was going to use aquarium salt, but I read small snails have high tollerance to aquarium salt… so I’m stuck. There are hundreds of them.

Someone recommended a clown loach to eat the snails, but those get to be like 8″ to a foot long, and a 30 gallon tank isn’t adaquet.

are there any peaceful snail eaters that would do well in a 30?
my computer pooped and double posted the question… sorry
