What’s the best way to design an aquarium?

I have an empty five-gallon aquarium tank. I’d like some suggestions on how I can turn it into a gorgeous looking tank with good plants and landscape and not too many fish….for cheap. It’d be nice if the plants can filter and oxygenate the water without the filter.
Remember, my tank can only contain five gallons. So the fish should be small. I like schooling fish, not sure which one I should get.

The task at hand is to design a solar powered water pump for a 150 gallon aquarium.?

The water pump needs to be able to pull up water roughly 8+ feet. Ideally the system should include a filter to eliminate the presence of jellyfish. I need the most cost efficient solar panels with wattage provided. The battery used would be something similar to a deep cycle marine battery. Additionally I must figure out the amphours. Does anyone know where I can look up previously constructed systems or my best method of approach. Whom should I seek help from? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The price range we’re looking at is around $1000.

How to design a half tropical/half amphibian aquarium?

I’m looking to make an aquarium with a rather big design in the near future. I have wanted to do this for a while. Currently I do have tropical fish in a 10 gallon aquarium, and I want to know what it would take to make a aquarium/terrarium like this. I want to make it where it could have a waterfall (possibly) and rocks going down. But how large would I need to get an aquarium to make sure it can level down right with the large rocks I’ll be using. And also if this is possible. I’m not sure if frogs and my fish could live together. But anyone with experience, or would know where I could find pictures or more information on this would be greatly appreciated.
Also I plan on getting some type of frog/frogs, would rather have turtle but cannot own turtles in my home at this time.
I plan on getting a much bigger tank. I need to know the possible gallon size I need to make this work.
