What creatures can I add to my fish tank with coldwater fish?

I have a massive fish tank, with a few coldwater fish in, working filter, great quality of water, clean gravel weekly along with 20% water change.

What creatures can I add to the tank to make it look more interesting? Like, snails, crabs, plecs? Anything would be helpful!

I am trying to build a restaurant inside a pool sized aquarium in south India. I am looking for fish or underwater that would look exotic and beautiful but will survive the hot weather conditions. Any ideas?
I need colorful fish. I plan to build a 30m X 30m x 30m building filled with water with a 15 x 15 x 15 eating area core. Could put in average size fish..

I have a freshwater aquarium, and while I love my little fishies, I often find myself drooling over my dad’s saltwater specimens. Anyone know of unique creatures for a freshwater aquarium?
(And I don’t mean just fish.)

For reference, I currently have:
-2 guppies
-3 Neon Tetras
-2 Danios
-1 snail (I have forgotten the full name, but it’s something to do with golden)
I have 2 different plants, a rock formation, and marbles and such scattered about the bottom. I don’t buy my fish based on priced, rather on if I think they’re pretty or not. If you plan to insult my tank, or myself, I’d much rather you not answer at all.

there are large aquariums with different species of fish, big and small, and even sharks all in one aquarium. how come big fishes dont eat the small ones and sharks dont eat the fishes? how do they feed them all to keep them all happy?
