We’ve had this fish tank for about 2 months now- it’s about 100 litres. We have 7 tetra neons, 1 bristle-nosed catfish, 1 dwarf gourami and 2 congo tetras. We found out that the ammonia levels were too high in the tank but we managed to greatly reduce those levels since. But now the tank is really cloudy, even though the catfish seems to be cleaning a lot. And the dwarf gourami appears to be ill. He is usually a very active (and crazy:) fish but when the water looks like that he hides in a log and stays there. My brother cleaned it out yesterday and replaced 20% of the water and the gourami became his usual active self. But now the tank is all dirty again. WHat should we do about it?
