Is It Weird If My Betta Fish Floats At The Top Of All Of The Different Tanks He’s Been In?

He has been in many different tanks. He is almost three years old and always floats and the top with his tail down and doesn’t move unless i stare and him long enough and he shifts slightly. He floats i’ve seen him go to the bottom before. The water is cleaned by boiled then cooled to room temp and we never completley empty all the water so he can get used to the enviornment better. BUT WHY??? Do bettas sleep???

mine was when i swallowed a battery when i was 6, i was at my aunts playing with this remote control dog with and took the battery out and ate it:/
they had to get it out really quick because the were worried the coating would erode and id have the acid in my stomach:(
also, my cousin once drank 2 bottle of fish tank cleaner solution, they had to pump his stomach:L
any others to tell?

I was just 14 when I meet this girl, I was new to the school and she approached me and asked if i needed help Getting to know the Building. (This isnt one of those girls who was an ugly Duckling if you Know what I) So i said yea with no doubt in mind. Later on in year we became good friends and I had seen her gone through a Few Relationships and during that whole time I felt as if mabe I could be the Lucky guy, Since we knew one another and we talked alot. So over time I fell in complete love with her. She wasnt no snobby Rich Student or a poor Unknown geeky looking girl. She had that country look to her and the eyes that you wanted to stare at as you feel asleep. But yet I still didnt have her, so one day to prove That i didnt care what the world thought of me or her anymore, I asked her out infront of Hundreds Of Hundreds of Students and she gave me no reply and walked off, so later that day I got a know from her Friend and I was emotionally sick for the week. I avoided her like Jews And Hitler, (no offense). But I was miserable, so my sister had this idea to get revenge on her, and on aol she called her lots of names on my Aol name, The next day I was Talking to her normally again, I thought mabe she didnt read the messages, or mabe she realized I was Heart Broken. I was later that day Called to the office and Her Mom put a Restraining Order on me. And the last thing i saw of her was her entering the Bus on a field Trip. Then One year later we talk again, and she tells me she wanted nothing to do of what her mom did. *After I told Her what Happened* But i never told her I loved her at that Moment. But from that day I knew she forgave me, But i always asked myself did she ever love me, Does she Still love me if she did. So now im 17, life has changed, and time has passed. But yet inside I still love that sweet Coutry Type girl that I once knew. And I apoligized one more time after all these years and she forgave me, But through all of this time I always felt as if, “The One I let Get away”. I still Love her To this day, I just wish I had a way to express myself to her. I know this plenty of fish in the sea, ( thats what people tell me) but I want that little Fishy Before she Swims away. And I want to Be with her Like White on Rice

Boyfriend Has Been Texting Another Girl?

Please bare with me as this could get a little long!
Basically my boyfriend stayed over last night and whilst he was asleep i went to delete a picture of me on his phone which he took that day. When I was looking for the picture I came across a picture of a girl who I had never seen before, the kind of picture where she’s took herself if you get me? So I immediately thought the worst and went looking through his texts and it turns out he has been texting this one girl alot, she has even been ringing him after she’s been on a night out. The texts seem quite flirty and I think she might like him she’s texting him fishing for compliments but I don’t know if he is giving them her because his sent box only holds about 100 texts whereas the inbox holds much more. & she has also asked him stay over? And he has been telling her when we’ve had fights so she has been asking about them.
I had to run to the bathroom to throw up and I was shaking because I was so angry, I did keep re-reading the texts to see if I was interpreting them wrong for a good half hour. After that I went in my bedroom and told him to leave (which he didn’t he just slept on the floor) and claimed that they were ”just friends” even though they were texting each other saying ”love you” and ”miss you” and that they are in the same class….they’ve been away from each other 2 weeks for the holidays? I broke up with him there and then but I still love him. Are my actions justified? Or should I hear him out and see what he has to say for himself?
He’s left now and I still feel really sick, I feel so used.
I’m sorry is this is so long, I just need someone who has experienced this before to tell me how they dealt with it!

Why Is My Cat Been Sick?

for the last five days my cat has been bringing up her food whole about an hour after eating. iv taken her to the vets and they seem puzzled as her stomach isnt bloated or sensitive. they have provided anti biotics and iv been boiling chicken and fish for her to eat.
she hasnt been sick today and i was just woundering when i should put her back on her normal food?

Why Has My Goldfish Been Inactive Recently?

Recently, I have got a new aquarium for my two goldfish (both of which are about six years old), I followed the setup instructions exactly and left the water 3 days to settle. But in the past week I have noticed the smaller of the two fish has been floating on the top of the water, but when I walk past, disturb or feed them he then becomes active and swims around a bit but then goes back to the top. Also sometimes he goes sideways, but then goes upright again. Recently I saw him wedged in between the filter and the side of the aquarium, he wasn’t moving while in there, but once he was out (I moved the filter to free him) he appeared to be OK. The aquarium is 45 liters approx. and has two lights on it, a day and night light, which I use daily, but only between 6pm and 10pm. Also, I put in a new filter, and rinsed out the sponge from the filter from the old aquarium to get bacteria going around the water, the new filter has a carbon filter as well which the old one didn’t. Is he ill or something else? Any ideas of what to do or what is wrong with him. As much info as possible would help. Thanks

Why Havent I Gotten A Cold Or Been Sick In Years?

I’m 24 and I have not had a cold since I was 19. Ive never had the actual flu in my life. I did have strep once at 20, so 4 years ago and that is the last time I was sick. Ive read that adults get on average 2 colds a year,
I do not eat well, I work 60 hrs a week , I also work next to co workers and such so I am not secluded. Because I work so much I mostly eat all fast food and I do not sleep much. Im tring to change my lifestyle, but as of now I do not exercise at all and just have a desk job. The only thing is that I take vitamins, I take fish oil, multi vitamin and garlic daily. Is this the reason? Do I just have great immunity?
