Should I get ghost shrimp?

I have a 10 gallon tank. It has a filter and a heater. It is divided in half with a betta on each side. There is java moss on the divider. The tank has no airstone. I want to get 10 or so ghost shrimp.

Will my bettas maybe eat them?
Will they hurt my bettas?
Will they need an airstone?
Will they eat the java moss?
Do I need a lid for my tank? Will they crawl out?
When they molt do they eat their “skin”?
Will they really eat a dead fish or shrimp?
Is 10 shrimp too many? How many could I get?
Will they breed in my tank? Will my bettas eat the babies?
