can u tell me which light should I get to keep anemones happy and corals happy too should I get T5 or metal halides? T5 lights are cheaper or compact light bulbs I need your help how many watts of compact flourecents should I get for my 30 inch compact light in order to keep anemones and corals happy and growing?

@MrTvshowuploader4: the nano wavebox would be safe in your softie tank including your xenia.
The wavebox will help move water around for your ‘nem, but isn’t necessary for keeping an anemone. Good water parameters and strong lighting is more important than flow.
My tank is 90gallons.
