It is 90 gal.,I have an undergravel filter as well as a magnum filter. I have never had this much trouble clearing up the water. Usually a good water change does the trick. I even took apart the magnum and cleaned it out as well. I’m stumped!

-Try taking out the plants and cleaning them too
-Your gravel could be old and holding a lot of waste in, try changing it
-There are products they sell at pet stores that you add to the tank to make it clear, just don’t put too much in.
Good luck!
Mine gets that way when I feed them more than they can eat.
Which will make the water cloudy.
Are you cleaning the gravel with a Python or vacuum device? If no,that has to be done, and have a catfish in there too.You probably got to dependent on the magnum, they are great, but nothing can eliminate occasional gravel cleaning.
You could either be overfeeding your fish or i could be time to change the gravel
No matter how many times you wash gravel, it will ALWAYS collect dirt. To make sure that you don’t get as much waste with regular gravel, try getting larger gravel pellets as when you are doing regular water changes, all of the wast
Have you added any fish? If so how many?
