very nice tank. how do you get saltwater? can you buy it or add something to water? im new to this and i didnt even know you could have a saltwarer tank for different species of fish. my mom has a tank about the size of yours that she isnt using so i could probably get it. or does it have to be a special kind of tank?

A good starter fish for a new tank, would probably be a goby. I’m not sure what species specifically, but a hardy one. Many people, will tell you to use damsels, but most become highly aggressive, and they’re pains to get out. Clowns would work too.

Awesome tank. I was just wondering whats the best starter fish for a saltwater tank? I have kept goldfish and tropicals for years and am thinking about setting up a 4th tank with saltwater fish. Help appreciated. Thanks. 5 stars.
