Marineland Instant Ocean Kit 29 Gallon Aquarium or Marineland Instant Ocean Saltwater Aquarium Kit 12 Gallon?

What would be better? Also I am new to marine aquariums if you have any tips or and suggestion of what I need and should get that would be awesome.
Will a sand sifting starfish and a long nose hawkfish be ok together in a aquarium?

Bigger is better! Larger saltwater tanks are easier to maintain for beginners than smaller ones…
Agreed. Bigger is better here. Go for the 29 gallon here. you will find a 12 gallon is limited on what fish you can actually keep in such a small tank. A 30 gallon is the best start up tank for a newby in salt water.
Check out saltwaterfish.com for starters. Get a game plan as to what you would like to house and research the fish’s requirements prior to buying. CYCLE the tank. Have patience here and do not rush things. Doing it right in the begining will save you time and money later.
