Link to a DIY –simple– aquarium cover how to?
Does anyone have instructions or a link to making a basci cover? It doesn’t need to be pretty, just be able to hold a light and have cutouts for hanging filters and tubes. All I can find are the ones that have the lights built in to the top and doors, all enclosed in a large rectangle topper. Too complicated for me. I’m sure it wouldn’t be that hard to make one myself, but I figured if anyone had a link around… Thanks for reading.

Get a sheet of glass cut to size, with the corner trimmed off to give a space for the filter and cables. The lights can just sit on top of the glass.
If you have a large HOB filter, move it to the end of the tank and just get the glass made an inch or 2 shorter.
