Is a seahorse compatible in a biocube 29gal?

Ok I have a 6 month old biocube that has been running fairly smoothly. I was wondering if i could possibly add a seahorse or two.

Is the current too much for them to handle?

And here is a list of my current livestalk in the aquarium-
1 perc. clown
1 clown goby
1 bicolor blenny
1 skunk cleaner
1 pepperment shrimp
1 emerald crab
and an assortment of soft corals none with stinging capabilities

I think that they should be okay, but hopefully you don’t have the water running too fast.
other than that, it should be fine.

I love seahorses but they aren’t marvellous in strong currents. I would give them a miss here as the space is limited

They are difficult to feed and are much better in a species tank

i woudn t risk it seahorses are hard enough to take care of in a species only tank and the perc. clown and crab could stress it out if you really want seahorses i would recomend getting another small tank and keep them seperate

sea horses should ideally be kept on in tanks with their own species. they cling on to plants, rocks etc and feed by waiting around for food particles to float by them. in tanks with other active swimmers they end up starving to death due to the food being eaten by the other fish

    Yes it’s very compatible :)

If you go with dwarfs you will be fine and you need 2 not one.

You will need to remember sea horses are slow movers and slow eaters. You need to watch to ensure they eat when fed or they will starve to death. You also need to remember dwarf only here. Sea horses need a higher water column than the other fish in the tank. As long as the current is too strong and you have plants from the base to the top you should be fine.
