If the bottom of an aquarium has some orange build-up what should I do?

I bought a new 10 gallon aquarium. I let the tank filter overnight when i noticed some orange junk at the bottom.

It’s probably rusting, you should take it back
drain water and refill use some different water the ornge is most likey iron in your water most commonly from well water.rinse everthing and try again,consider bottle water its only ten gallons
