How much should I sell these for?

I have 4 mice, and currently they are in a glass aquarium. I don’t know how big it is, but it’s big enough for the mice, a food stand, some other furniture, and a ball that they run in. I need to get rid of them, and I don’t want to take them to the pet shop (1. I get no compensation for taking them there, and 2. the mice are usually the first to become snake food) So I was thinking I should just sell the mice and their aquarium. How much would you recommend I sell it for?

Btw, I plan on cleaning the cage out before I sell it, xD
I’m allergic to all fur bearing animals, and I have the 4 mice, and 5 hamsters…

I’m putting a price on the whole bundle, because that will help make sure that someone doesn’t get them in order to feed them to a snake. I love the mice to death, I just can’t breathe.

Well it really depends on the tank size. A 10g I would sell for $10, a 20g I’d sell for about $40. I’d maybe sell the mice for just a few dollars but you don’t really have to put a price on them. Just make sure that whoever buys them is going to keep them as pets and not reptile food.

EDIT: Have you actually been tested for allergies to the mice? There are specific tests done for each animal, not just all animals with fur. You should see an allergist before getting rid of your pets.

i think about $40 or $50 for the whole thing ( because the cage is second hand) i think you should sell the cage and give the mice and hamsters to someone you know who wants them then you can go see them whenever you like.

For the mice each, I’d sell them for about $20 dollars. For the cage alone, I’d sell for $40 dollars.

You have to remember that people are only going to pay what they feel the animals are worth. Adult mice are not an animal that many people want as pets(especially 4), as mice in general are not too popular as pets.

I would suggest $20 for the entire bundle, unfortunately the aquarium is probably going to be worth more the people than the mice. I would also suggest talking to people that want the mice, and making sure they are not looking for a cheap aquarium.

Be aware that you probably will not get anywhere near what you paid for the animals and the supplies. If you really have their best intentions in mind, then look for a local rodent rescue that can help you out.
