   depends what you want to keep,
   hard corals, gorgonians and certain anenomes need rather brisk currents, so with 3 biowheel filters (what size are they BTW) you may not need any at all.

   Put a size 4 up high

   Put a size 3 mid other side

   Put a size 2 blowing back threw the live rock.

   ask around for best placements but 3 should work well
