how many glofish(tetras) can i have in a 10gallon aquarium?

Glofish (www.glofish.com) are Danios. Danios and tetras are two different things. I wouldn’t put more than 4 or 5 danios (glofish) in a 10 gallon.
If you do mean tetras, it would depend on the kind of tetra.
The most should be no more than three. After that the fish began beating up on each other to get the free space. So try to keep it to less than three. Alright hope I helped.
Most places that I have been 2 say that you should allow 1 gallon of water per fish.

it depends on how big/what kind. parana is part of the tetra family, and yet some are really small. more details, please.

If you are talking about glolite (glolight?) tetras (that get 1.5 inches) you could probably get 6 in there…if it is already cycled and you’re good with your maintainace and don’t overfeed. Maybe start off with a snail for a few months to get the process going, and then he can help clean up the extra stuff later too…but only one snail, or you may have a whole bunch of them..and you don’t need that many in a 10 gal.
