How do you know if your silver arowana is sick?

I have a silver arowana and I’m not sure if it is developing some kind of fungal infection. Maybe I just noticed now, there’s some blue green coloration on the top of its head, around mouth, and a little on fin. But it doesn’t look too far from its color so I’m not sure if it is just starting or what. It is eating and swimming so it seems healthy. Please help.

I would keep an eye on it. If I were you I’d maybe call the person you bought it from to see if there’s an issue with any sort of fungal infections, Arowana’s are nice, and a medical dip/salt that oculd get rid of a simple infection could save it’s life.
Early on, things like that don’t tend to affect the behaviors of the fish, usually once it does it might be too late.
Also check the levels in your tank. Hows the pH, nitrites, amonia levels?
is it just a greenish sheen? or is it like and opaque discoloring?
like how this one is?

or it like a solid green color..
the stuff in the pic is just normal and can vary in intensity with genetics…
