I have them in a one gallon but how can i get them to eat and how can i warm the tank they are in up until i get the heater tomorrow? And how can i get them to eat.
I had the weirdest mud turtle before he would never eat the feeder fish but when i had exotic fish in his tank he would go nuts.So how can i get them to eat fish or other food.

You should have at least 10 gallons of water per inch of turtle! You’ll be lucky if you manage to keep them alive until tomorrow! They probably won’t start eating for a few days–that’s normal. They will be fine with unheated water for a day or 2, but you HAVE to buy a way bigger tank, those are just murderous conditions! You should get a UVA/UVB light, a basking heating lamp, a filter for 3 times as much water you have (turtles are really dirty) and some sort of basking platform, as turtles can’t live in a simple aquarium setup (especially not one that size).
I own seven red ear sliders. They might not enjoy eating fish. Depending on how big they are they might not be ready or wanting to eat the fish. My small turtles will not eat the fish but my large ones do. Getting a bigger tank is a must but also a heater and light. They will hibernate if the water is not warm enough. Just give the turtles some time since they are new to the tank and all.
You started worrying way too early. Many turtles refuse food for the first week ot two in a new tank. Beyond that, you might want to slip some small earthworms into the water to tempt them to eat. The turtles can go a day without heat, although that, too, will help depress appetite.
