I’m positive there’s fish cleaning business, as weird as it sounds. But i don’t really know how much it would cost, guessing on the size probably a lot more than anyone would think.
This post reminded me of Duece Bigalow, and how he cleaned tanks.
You might be able to search online, or in the newspaper for a service.
It may take a long time, but they have stuff to clean a tank even that big. You can buy anti algae sponges, or spray the tank with the hose (use a tad of dish det. but make sure you rinse or it will poison fish). If you have a nice filter don’t worry.
If your fish are dying I would recommend a fish treatment pellet. I had to treat my fish for ICK using a pellet.
Oh, and I think PetCo or Smart will help you out too!
Hope this helps. Good Luck
I manage and run one of the largest aquarium service companies in the country. We’re in the DC area. We service over 250 clients on a monthly basis.
For a 135 gallon freshwater tank, we would normaly charge $85.00 for once a month service or $155.00 for twice a month service. If the tank was located somewhere really out of the way or far away, we would charge a bit more. We would also charge a little extra if there was some extranious crcumstance that made it unusually difficult or time consuming to service.
i used to charge sixty bucks an hour, minimum one hour. but i mean you could do it yourself and save a bunch of money.
