I knew it… i live in delray but i surf boynton sometimes… i heard about those over the summer a couple of my friend helped build some for community service hours… i think they are doing the same down at deerfeild
Yes, yes it is. and good news man! I went to boynton beach yesterday, and I saw a barge with huge boulders on them, they are making an artificial reef out a little past the buoys!! its gonna be awesommmmeee

There is no law against taking fish from the reefs.
I know you definitely cannot take Coral or Live rock from the reef.
I personally love my fish tank, and I make sure that the fish are taken care of, and every parameter is met for the health and well being of the fish.
If you do not share this same attitude, you should not catch fish.
