Red parrots are the worst one(Maybe oscars), and is most likely going to kill any new ones.

It’s sometimes done, but I don’t think its a good idea in most cases. I would especially advise against it with Blood Red Parrots, because they are fairly large and highly aggressive fish.

Most people will say no because of the difference in water parameters, but I have kept blood parrots with yellow labs before with no problems. The people that say blood parrots are aggressive must not have ever owned one, mine are friendly to everything in the tank. They can be kept in community tanks as long as the other fish are too large to fit in there mouths (which they cant close). I would only recommend keeping them with less aggressive africans like yellow labs.
