Can you feed betta fish baby shrimp sun dried gammarus?

it says for freshwater and saltwater fish, and i thought that bettas were tropical so i wasn’t sure if it’d be safe to give my fish.
Yes, that is fine, tropical is freshwater, just heated freshwater, coldwater and tropical are the two forms of freshwater.
I have fed my bettas sun dried gammarus in the past.
You’d be surprised at how much Gammarus shrimp I go through, my fish go wild for it.
