Can a baby eastern painted turtle live in a 5 gallon aquarium for 3-4 months?

turtlesale.com is having a 2 FOR 1 sale im thinking about taking it. Its only $19.95 for 2. All i hav right now is a 5 gallon hexagon aquarium. Although i might get a 10 gallon long. How long can it live in the 5 gallon before i have to upgrade.

Rule of thump 10 per inch of shell. DOnt put it in a 5 gallon tank. And turtle sale is bad but from nature coast exotics .com

A happy pet makes for a happy pet owner! Consult your locate veterinarian’s assistants or look for an answer in the library, they almost always have books on turtles.
