Building a concrete block fish tank; thickness of slab?

I want to build a 16′ x 12′ x 4′ tank from block; approx 6000 gallons of water weighing about 23 tons if my math is correct…How thick of a slab would I need to support this? I live in SE Ga, so cold is not a factor. The dimensions are not written in stone yet; I just want some general feedback, links, calculators, or other such info. Thanks folks!!

at least 6 inches specify foundation mix #6 slump
your concret co can tell you.
I think it will depend on what type of ground is underneath, how solid it is and whether its going to move and result in the slab cracking.I reckon 12″ of reinforced concrete would be more than enough.9″hollow concrete blocks round the sides with re-bar and more concrete inside.
approx 200no.blocks req.
