Are My Fish Going To Die?

I got about 32-33 tiny fish 2 days ago. 1 of them already died. The water is already starting to fog up. And most of them go to a little corner and stack up on each other. Here are some pictures of what I’m trying to say…http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab303…http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab303…http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab303…
they are alive. i can see them breathing and occasionally moving. sometimes when I feed them, some of them leave the corner but always end up coming back. What is wrong? Are they suffering and just too sick to swim? I’m really worried.

Go to a vet, or clean the water. Did you take the corpse of the fish out?

This has happened to me too. I simply just did a 40% water change the first day, and then a 20% water change the next, and for the following day a 10% water change. I waited for results, and luckily the water cleared up. Make sure you’re using a clean filter and water that has been treated by aquarium chemicals. After you clean the filters sponge, coal and the white one, soak them in aquarium water for about 5 minutes and put them back in. Also, how large is your tank, how long has it been running before you got the fish in there, and are these the first fish you’ve ever had?

    Okay!
First your tank needs rocks in the bottom to set up the ecosystem! Not having rocks in the bottom noting will live in there!
The water is foggy cause the system is either crashing or setting up and im sure its crashing! lol
how long have you have the tank up and running?
and yes they are all doing to die! lol

so you bought 33 common goldfish, which btw are supposed to get upto 2ft are they pets or food for another fish. they are most likely in a tiny tank, and they are suffering from ammonia posioning. im guessing you didnt cycle the tank. if you are using fish to cycle a tank, you are supposed to using hardy fish, and you are only supopsed to add 2 to 3 at the most.
if these are pets, then they will need a huge pond or a 680 gallon tank
take them all back before you kill them all
what? you have 33 common goldfish in a 7.5″ tank, thats just not possible. please please please take them back to the petshop. get a 5 gallon tank, heater and filter. cycle it and get a bettahttp://www.fbas.co.uk/goldfish2.jpg
thats how big a common goldfish can get.

Get a bigger tank for them and put some seaweed or something nice in there and maybe some rocks at the bottom. Don’t over feed them fish are so dumb they will eat themselves to death… They can’t tell when they’re full.
Make sure you have a proper filter for you tank and clean it out if it looks murky or foggy.
Maybe buy two larger tanks and separate the fish evenly so they have more space to swim around.
Once again your tank looks very boring and not big. It’s like keeping the poor things in a jail cell when they haven’t done anything wrong.
They probably just like that corner or something… they don’t look sick.
Reasons why they may be crowding in the corner is the water. Make sure it’s clean. High nitrites send them to the bottom of the tank.
New goldfish bring ick to the tank. One sign of ick is bottom sitting. Which then leads to crowding.

You added far too many fish at once. 33 goldfish all at once into a new tank is a sure fire way to kill most of them. You need to return most of them (32) and do at least a 45% water change. The ammonia being produced by the fish is killing them. The fogginess is a sign of new tank syndrome.
Those goldfish can get over 18 inches and need 75 gallons each. They also need at least double filtration as they are
extremely messy fish and produce both ammonia and general waste. Return all of them and dump the water out of the tank and restart if you don’t want goldfish. If you restart, dump the water out and put new in and let it settle at least a couple days. Then get a single betta.

    Seriously!
    33 goldfish!
    In a small tank!
    *Sigh
You know I don’t even want to go there!
I’m sure catx will explain ;)
