Are fish tanks hard to clean? How do I clean a fish tank?

I have a fish in a bowl, but I want to step up to a tank. I have no problem cleaning my fish bowl, but will it be a lot harder for a tank? How do I clean it? How often?
i clean my fish bowl once a week, but it’s pretty easy because all i have to do is take my one fish out and then change the water. won’t that be harder with multiple fish and a much bigger tank?

Lick it clean once a day
It will be exactly the same as the bowl, except you’ll have to change the filter cartridge every week or two. No more difficult, perhaps a bit more time consuming. How often do you clean your fish bowl? My answer assumes you’ll be getting a filter, so probably once a week. Ask the people at the pet store if you’re unsure or have any other questions.
No larger tanks are easier to keep clean as you only need to do a 25-50% weekly water change with a gravel syphon, their is more room for wastes to dilute and they are filtered. Bowls are animal cruelty.
