Aqueon Large Filter Cartridge – 3 pk
This seller still has not addressed and has totally ignored both of my specific inquiries/complaints submitted previously.
Both my intent and need were to order: 2 “Aqueon Large Cartridge 6 Packs.” Upon receipt, I was very surprised to get 2 boxes of large cartridge 3 packs.
I went back and checked the “Items Ordered” information, and ascertained that the following was stated: “2 of: Aqueon Replacement Filter Cartridges [Misc.].”
I was confused when ordering as no definitive differentiation existed between obviously a 3 pack or 6 pack. As a consumer, I feel the wording should have been explicit and clearly identifiable.
For $16.98, I received 2 three packs of Aqueon filters instead of 2 six packs I ordered. Given that Petco sells six packs for $9.70 each, or 2 six packs $19.40, I was either very stupid to buy from this seller, or I was mislead and or confused about this seller’s offer.
Over many years, I have bought lots of items over the Internet and have never been confused that I did not receive what I thought I had ordered. I requested another “Aqueon Large Cartridge 6 Pack.” as intended to fulfill my original order. This seller ignored my two documented inquiries/complaints.
