Aquarium heater questions.?

I just bought an Elite mini submersible5 25W aquarium heater. I have my two 8″ pacu and my one 7″ plecostomus in a 5 gallon holder tank until my 500 gallon aquarium is fixed. Anyway, I was wondering where I should have the knob setting on my heater to keep these fish comfortable… they like to be within 78-82 degree water to grow, prosper, maintain health, and be happy… so where should the knob be to maintain this temperature range? Low, medium, or high?
Please help
Thx in advance

Best to take an average (80). Any values falling in between 78-82 should do though. But you never know, the environment around the tank can always cause a slight change to the temperature and if u go too low or too high the environment can push it outside the boundary. So stick to the middle.
medium and medium high
If you have a water thermometer, have the heater at the same level as the thermometer so you can get a real reading.
