Last night I had a dream that I woke up at my house at around 11 AM, I guess, and the front door was open, and we barely ever use the front door. Like, the door was pulled to, but not shut, and then I went to get the mail. Later in the dream, maybe not even the same dream, they all seem kind of intertwined, I remember I was in my backyard, which is on creek-like water, and there was someone coming through on a kayak, and I remember my mom yelling at me about something, and I told her to be quiet. Then once these 3 blonde girls came up, who were about 20, in a canoe/kayak, my mom just vanished from the dream. Soon as they entered the dream had that feel of a Lifetime movie. It was broad daylight and the girls got out and got swimming. I could see what was going on as if they were in an aquarium and I was laying on top of the glass. Then, this part started in slow motion: one of the girls was laying on a full-body float and flipped in the air really high, she meant to come down, but it didn’t land as expected. I was scared and I could see it all, and then we couldn’t see her once she landed. We all went into the grassy part of the yard (the other two girls and me) waiting for her. We heard a crash in the water and then thought, “Maybe that’s her! She’s alive!” Then we went to look, and we didn’t see her/she was dead (something like that). Then that dream ended and there was a dream that I had a dentist appointment I think, and I left school early, so my mom and I got home after the appointment around 4 PM and went to the backyard, saw my cat, but he kept running. It was as if I was living in fear in the dream though, everything was startling me. On the way back to the door to go in, there were these two buckets of vinegar (like 5 gallon buckets), and one wasn’t full to the tippy-top, so my mom said just pour more in it (the vinegar was in a container that a quart of oil would be in) and then I remember it overflowed. It seeped onto the driveway, to the side door we mainly use, and then onto the steps inside my house. Then apparently later it made the floor swell up, and we couldn’t shut the door, we would push it, but it wouldn’t stay! And then nighttime came and it wouldn’t shut. I looked out the door and heard a teenage girl who lives across the street from me scream, like she was raped or someone broke in and she saw them. Then I looked down the driveway to see if I could see them running down my driveway (the burglar), but then I thought, what does it matter? The vinegar ruined the door, so I guess I’d die anyway. Weirdest part: my mom had a dream that she was in the old truck we have, and it was backed into our driveway, and she saw a burglar in a ski mask running down the driveway, who was trying to get in the truck she thought so she locked the door and sped off. She said she had already locked the door to the house so it would be too hard to go in, then she tried to call my dad to tell him about it because apparently there were break-ins going around in the neighborhood in her dream, but he wouldn’t answer.

Usually I can tell what my dreams mean, but this one puzzles me. The vinegar is what I’m stumbling on. Any ideas?
