My Fish On Plastic Container?

So I’m planning to do a DIY aquarium background and I’m planning to just buy a cheap plastic container like this (link below) cos I dont have that much money to buy a used tank. Size of the container is 32.13″ L x 19.13″ W x 13.75″ I will also put water from my current tank and all the other stuff needed. I want to get 2 fish,and i have some questions.
1.Do i need a filter? (i was thinking a 3 or 5 gallon tank;what size would be better;)
2:Do i need to use any chemicals to clean my fish tank?
3:How to clean the tank?
4:A good fish for beginners?
5:Which food and brand is best?
6:How to keep them alive longest?
