Should I Get A Power Head For My Aquarium?

Here is my scenario,
I have a 60gallon tank (Dimensions: 48-1/4″L x 12-3/4″W x 57-3/4″H), with a Aqueon filter on one side and a heater on the other. I have a freshwater semi aggressive community of fish. I was wondering, should I get a power head for better water movement? because the side of the tank without the filter, the water seems to be not moving a lot. The filter is 325 gallons per hour, but i am just concerned that the other side isn’t getting enough movement. Is the filter good enough for circulation, or is a powerhead highly recommended for a tank of the size?
Also which one would you recommend (that is quiet)?
Thank-you

Cichlid Popeye? (reposted)?

I had to repost this because I was having issues with the picture links.
ok I had 2 blue ram cichlids. They were never what you’d call, active. Usually they’d be in or behind the cichlid cave and would never really emerge from their cave until the lights were off after I’d place their food in the aquarium. Then they’d swim out to eat.
Well… I went out of town and put a family friend in charge of cleaning my aquariums… and needless to say when I got home my fish looked like they were only fed but the tanks were never cleaned. There was algae on the walls and gravel, there were signs of overfeeding and so on.
I noticed one of my blue rams was missing… and my other one has a growth over its eye… like a cloudy bubble.
I immediately did a water change, vaccumed the gravel, cleaned off the decorations, and then added Maracyn cause my first thought waz popeye.
Should I be concerned of anything harmful to humans? I normally clean my tanks without wearing gloves. I’ve kept tanks for a long time and have never had anything worse than an ick outbreak.

What Salt Water Fish Would Thrive In An 80 Gallon Aquarium With A Red Anglerfish?

I am setting up a 80 gallon aquarium and my heart is set on owning my favorite marine fish. An angler fish and out of all the anglers I picked a red angler. I wanted to know what other fish would thrive given all the room of an 80 gallon. I also do enjoy eels.

Black Moor Goldfish Sick?

I bought a black moor goldfish 6 days ago. I have been feeding him 2 times a day only a little bit as to not overfeed. I noticed a few days ago small pin head white dots on him. Today i saw that there were more and all over his fishy body. He is sitting not moving on the bottom of the tank, but when i feed him he gets up and swims around the tank like normal and is active. Then after like 5 minutes he is back on the bottom of the tank just sitting there. What is wrong? I read that it could be Ich or fish rot and i really don’t know which one? Help please? I only have one fish and he is my first. By the way, my tank is 10 gallons and he is a pretty small fish.
