55 Gallon Tropical Aquarium + Plants

I do realize this tank is overpopulated, even if I do a 35% water change a week it will still be bad to have so many fish, but I know these tropical fish do not grow too big! PLEASE HELP!!!!! worm detected in my new tank!?

i just setup my new saltwater aquarium, and added lots of liverock yesterday.
today, i was closely examining the tank, and i found a worm!! it was about 1mm thick and app. 1 in. long, it looks like a bristle worm. so i was looking around some more and i found at least five in total! my new tank is invaded! i tried to get them out with chopsticks but theyre too small and just slipped through on of tiny holes in the rock. there are no fish currently at the moment, nor invertebrates. what should i do! i cannot let it live there and become 5 inches long! (or do they grow longer?) do i have the only choice to catch them all? or will my fish or inverts eat them! i am completely freaked out i really do need help! D’X

i have a 55 gallon aquarium and but i also have a 10 gallon tank with a few gold fish and a betta the fish are around 3 or 4 years old, but i am now looking into other fish species to put in my 55gal tank.. i want a fish that i can base the aquarium on, i will be adding other species that get along with the “main” species in my tank..

Adding sand to an aquarium?

Hey everyone, I’m wanting to change from gravel to substrate in my 70 gallon aquarium and have already moved my fish to a temporary 55 gallon home, but I’m using Quikrete play sand and am washing it right now but after it starts to run clear and I add it, do I leave my filter on to suck up any left over dust or do I just let it settle?
