I really need help figuring this out. I got my little brother an african clawed frog (one of the aquatic frogs you can usually find at malls) yesterday. We have another one that is about 3 years old, and have been successfull with him, but he is my sisters and my brother wanted his own. We put the new one in a different aquarium, because my sisters frog is about 3 times the new ones size. Anyways, this morning my brother looked in the aquarium, and his frog was gone. We don’t have any animals that can/would eat the frog, he wasn’t with the other frog so there’s no possibility of a fight, we don’t have a pump or anything in its cage, and the water level was definitely deep enough for the frog, but only filled half of the tank, so there’s no chance he could possibly have jumped out. What happened to him?? My brother is devestated so we are getting him another, but I’m so confused right now. He not hiding, we looked under the rocks…
All help is appreciated!
