Why do all my marine fish keep dying?

I have a 65 gal salt water tank with a few live rocks a sebae anemone a snowflake eel 2 coral bandits shrimps a chocolate chip starfish and a neon goby. Anything else i introduce into the tank dies within a few days and i dont kno why, the salt nitrites nitrate ph and so on are all fine and if there was something wrong with the water the anemone would have died by now. My lfs says that the eel is scaring the fish but snowflakes are supposed to be docile, I dont know wat is wrong and i would appreciate any help
I do aclimate them properly and i had a sweetlips and it died also

Town Pier: Blennylips Bonaire Video Dive Log for 2005-05-20

A very popular night dive, but I like it better during the day due to the friendly fish. We saw swarms of amiable Angelfish, a Chain Moray, a Sharptail Eel and a pair of lovely Juvenile Spotted Drumfish. Species seen: Juvenile French Angelfish, Chain Moray, Juvenile Queen Angelfish, Bandtail Puffer, Smooth Trunkfish, Juvenile Spotted Drum, Trumpetfish, French Angelfish, Sharptail Eel, Spotted Moray.
