I’m guessing I just have to wait it out, but I am not sure. I have 3 pristella tetras (x-ray) and they look healthy. 2 of the 3 have really red tails and the other looks OK, just doesn’t have the color in the tail that the others do… I’m guessing I just have to wait for the levels to rise and come down, but I’m not 100% sure… Please help me with any opinions.

i had three fish and not 2
My big fish has started to eat my small fishes scales off and has already killed the other fish that was sharing the tank. now i have separated the fish tank into two but they can still see each other and they are still sharing their water but i want to know if my sick fish is going to get better or if its scales wont grow back.
also he/she has got blackish patches on her/his body what is this??????? PLEASE HELP!! i really care about my fish

I thought my one 10-15 Gallon filter was broken so I bought another one. I am not able to return it, so would it benefit the tank to keep both of the filters running in there? Like keep it cleaner and require less water changes?

I previously had a 30 gallon tank running. I had to get rid of one of them very quickly unfortunately due to personal reasons. I bought a smaller 15 gallon tank and moved some of my fish from the 30 gallon to the 15 gallon. The fish i moved were 2 dwarf gourami, 4 neon tetras, 5 corydoras and 5 guppies. (i really wanted to keep these fish). I know that the new tank needed to be cycled so i added as much of the biowheels (with the good bacteria) from my established filter to the new filter as i could. I also added some filter squeezings to the new tank as well. I just checked the ammonia reading and after a couple of days it is at 0.35. Does this mean the filter is processing ammonia as i thought it would have been higher than this after a couple of days. Also, how long do you think it will take for the new filter to completely cycle? (i can continue to add filter squeezings if it will help speed it up). thanks

1 Albino Rainbow Shark
3 Fancy Guppies
3 Lyretale Mollies
and 2 Sailfin Mollies
Now these current fish absolutely love my giant caves and i left plenty of swimming room for my shark, but anyways, would these fish be fine to house as well:
2 Dwarf Gouramis
and 2 Kuhli Loaches
I’m asking because I previously bought a male betta who was fin-nipped to his demise. I want to know if these new species will nip my mollies or guppies. (My shark can handle himself, believe me)
hmmm I’d rather have the shark over the guppies. But i’ll see how my shark treats the guppies while he is still 1.5 inches long.
I’m thinking about putting a pair of silver angelfish with vertical black stripes (the wild kind), 2 blue gouramis, 1 rubber lip plecostomus algae eater, a pair of palaetus corydoras catfish, a red-tailed black shark and a shoal of possibly 8 columbian blue-fire tetras. It’s a 45 gallon bowfront aquarium and freshwater, so if there is any constructive criticism I would greatly appreciate it
