He was recently acquired with another ryukin. They’re both about an inch long and live in a filtered 10-gallon tank. The other fish appears to be fine. When the tank was cycling it did become cloudy and I had to do regular water changes, but now that it has finished, it’s crystal clear. My fish actually looks like it might start shedding but I know goldfish don’t do that. Also, when the fish were purchased there was a power outage so both fish were oxygen deprived and to give them some relief the employees at the pet store put hydrogen peroxide in the water. I just want to know what is causing my poor fishy this problem.
